髋关节置换术后不同护理干预的效果评价

目的：探讨人工髋关节置换术（total hip replacement，THR）后患者康复护理的方法和效果。方法：THR术的患者70例，分为对照组和康复组各35例。对照组采用常规护理方法，康复组在常规护理的基础上制定并实施全面、系统的康复护理，于术后第3个月末采用Harris髋关节评分法进行效果评价。结果：术后3个月髋关节Harris评分：康复组优26倒（74．2％），较好9例（25．7％）；对照组优10例（28．5％），较好14例（40．O％），良9侧（25．O％），康复组优74．2％，明显高于对照组28．5％（x2=6．978，P〈O．01）；康复组术后3个月的Harrrs髋关节评分（95．90±5.80）分，明显高于对照组（81．81±5．40）分（t=2．451，P〈O．05）。结论：THR患者术后系统化、规范化康复护理对恢复髋关节功能有重要作用。

Evaluation of total hip replacement(THR) by different Nursing intervention

Objective To investigate the method and effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement（THR）.Metheds 70 patients with THR surgery were divided into control group（n=35） and rehabilitation group（n=35）.The control group was given regular nursing.The reha- bilitation group was given comprehensive and systematic rehabilitation nursing in addition to regular nursing.Harrls hip scores were conducted at the end of 3 months after the operation.l~esttits After 3 months of operation,the overall outcome were excellent in 26 eases （74.2%） and bet- ter in 9 cases（25.7%） in the rehabilitation group according to Harris hip score while the control group were excellent in 10 cases（28.5%）,better in 14 cases （40.0%） and good in 11 eases （31.4%） in the control group.The effect of excellent 74.2% in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than that 28.5% in control group（x2=6.978,P〈0.01）; The Harris hip score （95.90~5.80）point in rehabilitation group after 3 months were siguificanfly higher than that （81.81~5.40）point in control group （t=2.451,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive and systematic rehabilitation nursing plays an important role inthe rehabilitation of the hip function .
