注射用核糖核酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例观察

目的 评价注射用核糖核酸治疗慢性乙型肝为的作用。方法 80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组使用注射用核糖核酸，30mg/d，其他治疗药物和对照组相同，疗程1个月，治疗前后检测血清转氨酶、白蛋白、总胆红素、乙型肝炎标志物。结果 治疗组的血清转氨酶及白蛋白较对照组恢复快，2组之间有显著性差异。而对总胆红素和乙型肝炎标志物无影响。结论 使用注射用核糖核酸可加速慢性乙型肝炎肝功能的恢复。

Treatment of chronic hepatitis B with ribonucleic acid for injection: An observation in 40 cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ribonucleic acidfor injection in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 80 patientswith chronic hepatitis B were randomized into the treated group and con-trol group with 40 in each. Patients in the treated group received injec-tion of ribonucleic acid at a dosage of 30mg/d for 1 month. Other treat-ments were identical to those in the control group. Hepatic function andHBV markers were detected before and at the end of the treatment. Re-sults There was significant difference in recovery of serum amino-transferase and albumin between the two groups. However, no markeddifference was found in total bilirubin and HBV markers between thetwo groups Conclusions Ribonucleic acid for injection can acceleratehepatic function recovery in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
