炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病60例疗效观察

目的观察炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将125例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组65例和对照组60例，分别静脉给予炎琥宁注射液4～8mg／（kg·d）和利巴韦林10～15mg／（kg·d），疗程5d，对临床体征的变化进行分析。结果治疗组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失早（P〈0．01），治疗组总有效率92．3％，对照组总有效率76．7％（P〈0．01）。结论炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗程短、见效快、无明显毒副作用。

Observation of the Effect of Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection on Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of potassium sodium pehydroandroandrographolide succinate injection on children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 125 child patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （65 patients） were treated with potassium sodium pehydroandroandrographolide injection,4-8mg/（kg＇d） intravenously and the control group（60 patients） were treated with ribavirin, 10 -15mg/（kg·d） intravenously. Five days for one period of treatment. In the process of treatment,the change of symptoms and signs were observed everyday. Results The total effective rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group（P〈 0.01）. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Potassium sodium pehydroandroandrographolide succinate injection can shorten the treatment period and improve the curative effect in children with HFMD.
