| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨非药物因素对幽门螺旋杆菌治疗的影响。[方法]对1515例幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）根治资料，以每年为一时段，按照不同年龄、性别、疗程分别统计，并对各组数据（采用SPSS13．0软件）进行分析。[结果]1515例，HP总体根治成功率73．5％。不同时段、性别HP根治成功率无显著差别（P值分别为0．091，0．446）。年龄小于35岁，HP根除成功率显著提高（P＝0．001）。年龄、性别与HP根除率相关（Kendall相关系数分别为0．083，-0．051），14d疗程HP根治率优于7d（P＝0．001）。[结论]年龄、性别及疗程均与HP根治成功率有关。
