摘 要: | 用提纯精制的抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体包被醛化血球,经冻干而成固相抗体。用之建立了人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的固相放射免疫测定方法(SRIA)。本法操作简便,三小时即可出结果;灵敏度、精确度和准确度都与常规的双抗体法相当;所用固相抗体非常稳定、在4—8℃保存了三年,制备方法简单,取材容易,适于大批量生产。

Abstract: | A solid phase radioimmunoassay for HCG has been established.The solid antibodyused was made of human red blood cells which were fixed with glutaraldehyde and for-maldehyde and coated with purified mule anti-HCG antibody and then lyophilized.Thismethod has some advantages.It is very simple to prepare solid antibody and very easyto get raw materials.This kind of solidified antibody is very stable,it has been stored sofar for three years at 4-8℃.The precedure of this method is very simple,the result canbe read in three hours instead of two days in double antibody method.Last but not least,it has high sensitivity,accuracy and reproducibility.So we think this method is an idealone of solidifying antibody and might be used in other studeis. |
