磁振热联合整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:观察磁振热联合整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及对患者疼痛的影响。方法:将神经根型颈椎病患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者给予整脊手法治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合磁振热治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗后模拟视觉评分(VAS)改善情况。结果:总有效率观察组为96.7%,高于对照组的86.7%(P0.05)。观察组患者VAS评分为(3.23±1.12)分,低于对照组的(4.02±1.32)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:磁振热联合整脊手法治疗颈椎病疗效优于单纯整脊手法治疗,能缓解患者疼痛。

Clinical Observation on Magnetic Heat Therapeutic Instrument Combined with Chiropractic Technique in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:To observe clinical effects of magnetic heat therapeutic instrument combined with chiropractic technique in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and its influence on pain of the patients.Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with chiropractic technique,the observation group accepted magnetic heat therapy on the basis of the therapy the control group received.By the end of the course of the treatment,clinical effects of both groups and the improvements of VAS after treating were compared.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7％,higher than 86.7％ of the control group obviously (P＜0.05).VAS scales of the observation group were (3.23±1.12),significantly lower than (4.02±1.32) of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Curative effects of magnetic heat therapeutic instrument combined with chiropractic technique are superior to the effects of only chiropractic technique in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and it could significantly relieve the pain of the patients.
