中西医结合对脑梗死后遗症患者认知功能和血流动力学指标的影响

目的:观察补阳还五汤联合西药对脑梗死后遗症患者的认知功能和脑血流动力学指标的影响。方法:将80例患者按就诊顺序均分为2组。对照组给予康复理疗及西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后美国国立卫生院率中量表评分(NIHSS)、简易精神状态量表评分(MMSE)及脑血流动力学指标的变化情况,并据此评定临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为90.0%,对照组为72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。MMSE和NIHSS评分及脑平均血流速度、椎动脉血流量治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗死后遗症,可有效提高临床疗效,且能改善患者的神经功能缺损和认知功能及脑血流动力学指标。

The Influence of Integrative Medicine on Hemodynamic Parameters and Cognitive Function of the Patients with Cerebral Infarction Sequelae

Objective:To observe the influence ofBuYang HuanWu Tang combined with western medicine on cognitive function and hemodynamic parameters of the patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting order.The control group accepted rehabilitation therapy and western medicine,the observation group took BuYang HuanWu Tang on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,one dose each day,water decocted.Both groups were treated for three months.The changes of hemodynamic parameters,MMSE scales and NIHSS scales of both groups were observed before and after treating,and clinical effects were assessed.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0％,higher than 72.5％ of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of MMSE,NLHSS scales,cerebral mean flow velocity,and vertebral artery blood flow between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05).Conclusion:BuYang HuanWu Tang combined with western medicine could raise therapeutic effects effectively,and improve neurologic impairment,cognitive function and cerebral hemodynamic parameters of the patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.
