经皮超声造影对二维超声提示阴性腋窝淋巴结状态的诊断价值评估

目的:探讨经皮下注射超声造影剂对常规超声检查提示腋窝淋巴结阴性的乳腺癌患者鉴别诊断的价值。方法:对经病理证实为乳腺癌并行常规超声检查提示腋窝淋巴结阴性的患者109例,超声造影后观察显影情况进行判定,与手术病理结果进行比较。结果:经皮超声造影78例为阴性,经病理诊断89例阴性,经皮超声造影灵敏度为55%,特异度为77.53%,准确度为73.39%。结论:经皮超声造影常规超声检查腋窝淋巴结阴性乳腺癌可以提高常规超声的诊断准确率,降低假阴性率。

Evaluation on the Diagnostic Value of Percutaneous Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound on Negative Axillary Lymph Node Condition Hinted by Two-dimensional Ultrasonography

Objective: To explore the identified and diagnostic values of percutaneous injection ultrasound contrast on negative axillary lymph node condition hinted by routine ultrasonography of patients with breast cancer. Methods: 109 patients with breast cancer were identified by pathological demonstration and routine ultrasound examination was performed, which hinted negative axillary lymph node, development conditions after ultrasound were judged, and compared with the results of surgical pathology. Results:Percutaneous ultrasound contrast showed 78 negative cases, pathological diagnosis presented 89 positive cases, sensitivity of percutaneous ultrasound contrast was 55%, specificity was 77.53%, and accuracy was 73.39%. Conclusion: Percutaneous ultrasound contrast for negative axillary lymph node of patients with breast cancer by routine ultrasound examination can improve diagnos-tic accuracy of routine ultrasound examination, lower false negative rate.
