微波消融治疗肝癌的围手术期护理

目的:探讨微波消融治疗肝癌的围手术期的护理方法。方法:以100例行微波消融治疗的肝癌患者为观察对象,给予完善的术前、术中及术后护理,并在术后进行定期随访,观察并记录患者的并发症、死亡率以及患者的护理效果。结果:单发病灶者及直径≤3 cm者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ATL)含量术后7天、15天与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义。术后出血25例(25.0%),疼痛48例(48.0%),发热56例(56.0%),死亡5例(5.0%)。护理总满意率98.0%。结论:微波消融治疗肝癌的围手术期采取系统化的护理措施在改善肝脏病变程度和提高手术成功率、生存率等方面具有重要的作用。

Perioperative Care for the Patients with Liver Cancer Treated by Microwave Ablation

Objective: To discuss perioperative nursing methods for the patients with liver cancer who were treated by microwave ablation. Methods: All 100 patients were chosen as the objects, and given preoperative, operative and postoperative care, and regular follows up after the operation, the complications, mortality rate and nursing effects of the patients were observed and recorded. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of ALT contents of the patients with solitary focus, and its diameter less than 3 cm between seven days , 15 days after the operation and before the operation. There were 25 cases with postoperative hemorrhage (25.0%), 48 cases with pain (48.0%), 56 cases with fever (56.0%), five patients died (5.0%). Total satisfaction rate of nursing reached 98.0% . Conclusion: Systematic nursing measures given to the patients with liver carcinoma treated by microwave ablation demonstrate important roles in improving liver lesion, improving operation success rate and survival rate.
