白话《黄帝内经》中之“毒”

通过古今对毒与药的认识,解析《黄帝内经》中之"毒",分析古今中医学对"药"与"毒"的认识关系的演变,浅述其应用范围及含义,重点探讨此中"毒"义对临床辨证治疗,指导用药配伍思想的理论价值,指出将药物称为"毒药",其实是《黄帝内经》对后世用药治疗疾病的警醒,在药物配伍使用时产生多种多样的作用时,要更注意药物对人体的作用,尤其是在认识中药学"十八反""十九畏"方面应从中药学理论的源头探讨其机理。

Poisoning in HuangDi NeiJing

By analyzing the understanding to poison and medicine in ancient and modem times,the poison in HuangDi NeiJing was explained,the evolution of the understanding to the relationship between medicine and poison in ancient and modem TCM was analyzed,theoretical values of the meaning of"poison" played in the role of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,guiding the thinking of medication and compatibility were explored as key points,it was pointed out that the medicine called as "poisoning" medicine was the warning in HuangDi NeiJing for the medication and treating disease in the later generations,the effccts of medicine on human body should be paid more attention when the medicine produces different effects compatible with other medicines,especially,in the aspects of studying eighteen antagonisms and nineteen incompatibilities,their mechanisms should be discussed from theoretical origins of Chinese materia medica.
