附炎栓对宫颈炎模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨附炎栓对宫颈炎模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:采用对苯酚致宫颈炎模型,观察附炎栓对大鼠凝血时间的影响;采用大肠杆菌致宫颈炎模型,观察附炎栓对大鼠全血黏度的影响,将2组模型大鼠分别分为模型组,附炎栓低、中、高剂量组,野菊花栓组共5组,分别另设空白组。结果:苯酚致宫颈炎模型:凝血时间模型组与其他各组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。大肠杆菌致宫颈炎模型:高切变率下全血黏度空白组,附炎栓中、高剂量组,野菊花栓组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);中切变率下全血黏度空白组,附炎栓低、中、高剂量组,野菊花栓组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);低切变率下全血黏度附炎栓低、高剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:附炎栓可降低模型大鼠全血黏度,延长凝血时间,具有改善血液流变学的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of FuY an suppository on blood rheology of the rat model with cervicitis. Methods:The effects of FuY an suppository on blood coagulation of the rats were observed by adopting rat model with phenol-induced cervicitis;the influence of FuY an suppository on whole blood viscosity of the rats were observed by using rat model with E.coli-induced cervicitis, rat models in both groups were divided into, the model group, low, moderate and high dosages groups of FuY an suppository, and wild chrysanthemum flower suppository group, the blank group was established. Results:Rat model with phenol-induced cervicitis:when the model group was compared with other groups in the coagulation time, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Rat model with E.coli induced cervicitis:when the blank group, moderate and high dosages groups of FuY an suppository and wild chrysanthemum flower suppository group were compared with the model group in whole blood viscosity under high shear rate, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05);when the blank group, low, moderate and high dosages groups of FuY an suppository, wild chrysanthemum flower suppository group were compared with the modelgroup in whole blood viscosity under middle shear rate, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05);when low and high dosages groups of FuY an suppository were compared with the model group in whole blood viscosity under low shear rate, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: FuY an suppository could decrease whole blood viscosity of rat model and prolong coagulation time, and it plays a role in improving blood rheology.
