摘    要:目的:结合甘草苷和甘草酸的含量测定建立甘草提取物的HPLC指纹图谱方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用Diamonsil-C_(18)ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8 m L/min,检测波长237 nm。结果:建立甘草提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,方法学验证符合指纹图谱相关要求。结论:指纹图谱结合有效成分含量测定的方法可用于对甘草提取物的整体质量评价,对其质量控制具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint method of licorice extract by taking the contents of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin as the indexes. Methods: HPLC was used, Diamonsil-C18 ODS chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was chosen, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was taken as mobile phase in the mode of gradient elution, flow velocity was 0.8 mL/min and detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results: HPLC fingerprint of licorice was established, 13 common peaks were confirmed, and the methodology verification met the related requirements of fingerprint. Conclusion: Fingerprint combined with content determination of active ingredients could be used for the evaluation of total body mass of licorice extract, which is meaningful to quality control of licorice extract.
