五苓散治疗慢性心力衰竭60例

目的:观察五苓散治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及脑利钠肽(BNP)和内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例。对照组给予缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片,同时予抗血小板药物等治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予五苓散治疗,观察2组治疗前后BNP、ET、左心射血分数(LVEF)及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为78.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。BNP、ET、LVEF治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:五苓散联合西药常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭,可提高临床疗效,显著改善患者的心功能。

WuLing San in Treating 60 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effects of WuLing San on chronic heart failure (CHF) and the influences on BNP and ET. Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 60 cases. The control group was given Tripelennamine Hydrochloride tablets, and antiplatelet drugs;the observation group was given WuLing San based on the treatment of the control group, BNP, ET, LVEF and its clini-cal effects were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group, the control group was 78.3%, there was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). Compared BNP, ET and LVEF before and after group within two groups, there were statistical differences (P<0.05);there were sta-tistical differences between two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:W uLing San combined with routine Western medicine therapy can treat CHF, improve clinical effects and cardiac function of patients notably.
