理气颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立理气颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的丹参、当归和大黄进行薄层鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对理气颗粒中丹酚酸B进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;丹酚酸B在17.80~106.8μg/m L之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD2%,平均回收率为97.31%(RSD=2.627%)。结论:该方法稳定、简单、准确,可作为理气颗粒的质量控制标准。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard for LiQi granules. Methods: DanShen (salvia miltiorrhiza), DangGui(Angelica sinensis) and DaHuang(rheum officinale) in the preparations were identified by using TCL, the contents of Salvianolic Acid B in LiQi granules were detected by adopting HPLC. Results:The spots of TLC were clear and no interference was found in the negative control; Salvianolic Acid B showed better linear relationship in the range between 17.80 and 106.80 μg/mL(r=0.9996), RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were less than 2%, mean average recovery was 97.31%(RSD=2.627%). Conclusion:The method, stable, simple and accurate, could be used as the standard of quality standard for LiQi granules.
