丁螺环酮与醒脑开窍针刺法治疗强迫症的疗效对比

目的:对比丁螺环酮与醒脑开窍针刺法治疗强迫症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例。观察组采用醒脑开窍针刺法进行治疗,对照组口服丁螺环酮,观察2组治疗前后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和耶鲁布朗强迫量表(Y-BOCS)评分,以及临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:HAMA及Y-BOCS评分2治疗后均明显降低(P0.05),治疗后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率观察组为85.00%,对照组为81.67%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组未见不良反应发生,对照组不良反应发生率15.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法治疗强迫症临床疗效显著,且未见不良反应。

Effects Comparison on Buspirone and Activating Brain and Regaining Consciousness Acupuncture in Treating Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of buspirone and activating brain and regaining consciousness acupuncture in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the comtrol group, each group were 60 cases. The observation group was given activating brain and regaining consciousness acupuncture, the control group were given buspirone. HAMA, Y-BOCS scores, clinical effects and adverse reaction occurrence conditions were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results:HAMA, and Y-BOCS scores decreased obviously after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), there were no statistical differences between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 85.00%, the control group was 81.67%, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). No adverse reaction in the observation group, the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 15.00%, there was staitsitcal difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Activating brain and regaining consciousness acupuncture in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder has significant clinical effects, and no adverse reactions.
