中医康抚护理对腹腔镜术后腹胀及疼痛的影响

目的:观察中医康抚护理对腹腔镜术后患者腹胀及疼痛的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中医康抚护理,比较2组干预过程中VAS评分及肛门排气、排便时间和肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀缓解时间。结果:VAS评分干预24小时后2组即开始降低,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);干预后相同时间2组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、经肛门排便时间及腹胀缓解时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。腹胀缓解率观察组为90.0%,对照组为67.5%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医康抚护理能有效的缓解腹腔镜术后患者腹胀不适,促进术后胃肠功能早期恢复,加速经肛门排气排便时间。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Massage on the Abdominal Distension and Pain after Laparoscopic Operation

Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine health care massage on the abdominal distension and pain after laparoscopic operation. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine health care massage. These indicators, such as VAS score, the anus exhaust, defecation time, recovery time of bowel sound, and bloating relief time of the two groups were compared during the intervention. Results: In 24 hours after the intervention, VAS score of the two groups began to decrease. Compared with before the interventionzn, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The comparison after the interaention at the same time between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Besides, for the recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time, anal defecation time and the alleviation time between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, the abdominal distension remission rate of the observation group was 90.0% while the control group was 67.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine health care massage can effectively re-lieve the abdominal distension discomfort feelings of patients after laparoscopic surgery, promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, and accelerate the time of anal exhaust and defecation.
