高原植物芜菁正丁醇提取物对糖尿病模型小鼠相关生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨高原植物芜菁正丁醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠胰岛素、甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)的影响。方法:将昆明种小鼠高脂饲养30天后,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制造小鼠糖尿病模型,尾静脉采血,用血糖测定仪测小鼠空腹血糖,血糖大于11.1 mmol/L为造模成功。将造模成功小鼠随机分为模型组、芜菁正丁醇提取物组、乙醇提取物组和阳性对照组(盐酸二甲双胍),另随机设立空白组,各组按相应剂量对应灌胃,1次/d,连续14天,小鼠摘眼球取血,分离血清测定血糖、胰岛素、TG和TC,并进行比较。结果:芜菁正丁醇提取物可显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖(P0.01),升高胰岛素水平(P0.01),降低TG和TC含量(P0.01)。结论:高原植物芜菁对链脲佐霉素造成小鼠糖尿病模型有提高胰岛素和降血糖、血脂与胆固醇的作用。

The Effects of n-butyl Alcohol Extracted from Plateau Plant WuJing on the Related Biochemical Indexes of Diabetic Mice Models

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the influence of n-butyl alcohol extracted from plateau plant WuJing (Brassica rapa L.) on insulin, TG and total cholesterol(TC) of diabetic mice. Methods: After the mice were fed high fat diet for 30 days, diabetic mice models were prepared by peritoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ), fasting blood glucose was detected by whole blood glucose and lactate analyzer after the blood was taken from caudal vein, and the models were successfully made when blood glucose was greater than 11.1 mmol/L. The mice models were randomized into the model group, n-butyl alcohol group, ethanol extract group and positive control group (deltamine), and the blank group was made randomly, all the groups accepted intragastric administration of the corresponding medicine in the corresponding doses, one dose each day, for 14 days consecutively, the mice received the eyeball removing, blood glucose, insulin, TG and TC of diabetic mice were detected and compared after the serum was separated. Results: n-butyl alcohol extracted from plateau plant WuJing could notably decrease blood glucose of diabetic mice (P<0.01), raise the level of insulin (P<0.01), lower the contents of TG and TC(P<0.01). Conclusion:Plateau plant WuJing shows the effects of raising insulin, decreasing blood glucose, blood lipid and TC for STZ-induced diabetic mice models.
