改良体位及中医护理干预对PICC置管治疗妇科肿瘤患者满意率及依从性的影响

目的:观察改良体位及中医护理干预对PICC置管治疗妇科肿瘤患者护理满意率及治疗依从性的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予改良体位联合中医护理。观察2组导管异位、导管堵塞、导管脱落、导管相关性感染及静脉炎的发生率,以及护理满意率和治疗依从性。结果:观察组导管异位、导管堵塞、导管脱落、导管相关性感染及静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组满意率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组依从性明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:改良体位及中医护理干预可降低PICC置管治疗妇科肿瘤患者并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度和依从性。

InfluenceofImprovedBodyPositionandTCMNursingInterventiononPatients'SatisfactionRate and Compliance in the Treatment of Gynecological Tumor with PICC Catheter

Objective: To observe the influence of improved body position and TCM nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction rate and therapeutic compliance of the patients suffering gynecological tumor treated with PICC catheter. Methods: All 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, and 60 cases each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given improved body position combined with TCM nursing intervention. Catheter misplacement, obstruction, shedding, related infection and phlebitis incidence, nursing satisfaction rate and compliance of two groups were observed. Results: Catheter misplacement, obstruction, shedding, related infection and phlebitis incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group obviously, the differences between two groups were significant (P <0.05). Satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences between two groups were significant (P<0.05). Compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences between two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Improved body position and TCM nursing intervention can decrease complication rate in the treatment of gynecological tumor with PICC catheter, and improve patients' satisfaction rate and compliance.
