中药复方治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的研究

就中药复方治疗2型糖尿病的中医理论基础、临床研究进展及作用机制作一综述,指出胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、肥胖、痛风、冠心病、代谢综合征等多种疾病的共同发病基础,中医药治疗2型糖尿病必须研究胰岛素抵抗,大量临床试验及现代机制研究表明可通过改善胰岛素抵抗的作用来实现中医药治疗2型糖尿病,有效控制血糖及减少靶器官损害的作用。

Research on Herbal Compound in Treating Insulin Resistance of Type Two Diabetes Mellitus

It was pointed out that insulin resistance (IR) was the common pathogenesis basis of many diseases such as type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM),hypertension,hypedipidemia,obesity,gout,coronary heart disease,metabolism syndrome and others by reviewing TCM theoretical basis,clinical research progress and the mechanism of herbal compound in treating T2DM,IR should be studied in the research of TCM in treating T2DM,most of clinical experiments and modern mechanism presented that the effects of controlling blood glucose and reducing target organ damage in the treatment for T2DM by TCM were achieved by improving the functions of IR.
