综合护理对中风恢复期患者康复效果的影响

目的:探讨综合护理对中风恢复期患者康复效果的影响。方法:将中风恢复期患者104例按照护理方案分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理。3个月后比较2组患者康复疗效及日常生活能力。结果:观察组患者康复总有效率为92.3%,高于对照组的76.9%;观察组患者日常生活能力评分为(89.3±11.2)分,高于对照组的(82.8±10.6)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:综合护理能显著提高中风恢复期患者日常生活能力。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients at Recovery Stage

Objective:To discuss the effects of comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients at recovery stage. Methods:All 104 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 52 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care and the observation comprehensive nursing. Rehabilita-tion effects and daily living ability of the patients in both groups were compared in three months. Results:Total ef-fective rate of the patients in the observation group was 92.3%, higher than 76.9%of the control group remarkably;the scales of daily living ability of the patients in the observation group were (89.3±11.2), notably higher than (82.8± 10.6) of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing could obviously improve daily living ability of stroke patients at recovery stage notably.
