中药提速透化结合点穴按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎90例

目的:观察中药提速透化结合点穴按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各90例。2组均给予点穴按摩治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药提速透化治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。结果:总有效率观察组为98.9%,对照组为83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:应用中药提速透化配合点穴按摩治疗中老年人膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,安全且无明显副作用。

Herbs Accelerating Permeabilization Combined with Acupoint Massage in Treating 90 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe clinical effects of herb accelerating permeabilization combined with acupoint massage in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:All 180 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,90 cases each group.Both groups were treated by acupoint massage,the observation group accepted herb accelerating permeabilization on the foundation of the treatment the control group accepted,and both groups were treated for one month consecutively.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.9％,higher than 83.3％ of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reaction happened in both groups.Conclusion:Herb accelerating permeabilization combined with acupoint massage in treating KOA is effective,safe and no obvious adverse reaction.
