温和灸不同时间参数对高甘油三酯患者疗效的影响

目的:探讨温和灸灸量相关参数(持续时间、间隔时间、疗程)与疗效的相关性。方法:以高甘油三酯(HTG)患者为观察对象,以甘油三酯(TG)为指标,应用正交试验设计法,对影响温和灸降低TG疗效的3因素进行2水平搭配组合,并对血脂改变进行方案优选。结果:温和灸对降低HTG患者TG的影响因素主次顺序为BCA(即艾灸的间隔时间艾灸的疗程艾灸的持续时间),依据本研究设定的参数,每穴5分钟,1天1次,6周为优选方案。结论:温和灸不同时间参数组合与降低HTG患者TG密切相关。

The Clinical Effects of Parameters in Different Times of Mild Moxibustion on Patients with High Triglycerides

Objective: To explore the relevance of parameters (duration, interval time and courses) of mild moxibustion volume. Methods:Patients with high triglycerides (HTG) were regarded as observation object, TG was regarded as index, orthogonal test was used, three factors, which influences on lowering TG effects were collocated and combined from two levels, and scheme of lipid change was selected optimally. Results: The order of mild moxibustion influences on lowering TG effects were B, C, A (interval time of moxibustion, courses of moxibustion, duration of moxibustion), each point was given five minutes, once per day for six weeks, one observation course was optimal scheme of this study. Conclusion: Parameters in different times of mild moxibustion have close relations with HTG for lowering TG.
