循证护理模式联合健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者应激心理和生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察循证护理模式联合健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者应激心理和生活质量的影响。方法:将160例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各80例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理模式联合健康教育,应用健康质量评分评价2组护理前后生活质量,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价2组焦虑和抑郁情况,比较2组临床疗效和并发症。结果:观察组腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、恢复排气时间以及腹压痛消失时间2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);健康质量评分、SAS评分和SDS评分护理前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),护理后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05);并发症发生率观察组低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:循证护理模式联合健康教育能显著改善急性胰腺炎患者的应激心理和生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influences of evidence-based care mode combined with health education on stress psychology and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: 160 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to randon number table, each group 80 cases, the control group was given routine care, and the observation group given evidence-based care mode with health education, life quality before and after care in both groups were evaluated by applied health quality evaluation scores, anxiety and depression in both groups were evaluated by SAS and SDS, clinical effects and complication were compared between two groups. Results: Compared abdominal fullness disappearing time, abdominal pain disappearing time, recovery exhaust time, abdominal tenderness disappearing time between two groups, there were statistical differences (P<0.05);Healthy quality scores, SAS scores and SDS scores before and after care within two groups, there were statistical difference (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between two group after the care(P<0.05). complication occurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that the control group, there were statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Evidence-based care mode combined with healthy education can improve stress psychology and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis notably.
