宫颈旁注射联合妇炎康复片治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症40例

目的:观察宫颈旁注射联合妇炎康复片治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(PID)的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者均分为2组,2组均服用妇炎康复片,5片/次,3次/d。观察组同时给予宫颈旁注射,每2天1次。连续治疗30天。结果:总有效率观察组为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。1年内复发率观察组为5.0%,对照组为15.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。不良反应发生情况2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:宫颈旁注射联合妇炎康复片治疗PID,临床疗效显著,方法简便。

Treating 40 Patients with Sequelae of PID by Paracervical Injection Combined with FuYanKangFu Tablets

Objective:To observe clinical effects ofparacervical injection jointed with FuYanKangFu tablets in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into two groups,and they took FuYanKangFu tablets,five pills each time,three times each day.The observation group accepted paracervical injection,once every two days,both groups were treated for 30 days consecutively.Results:Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.5％ and 85.0％,and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05).The relapse rates within one year of the observation group and the control group were 5.0％ and 15.0％,and the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion:Paracervical injection jointed with FuYanKangFu tablets are effective in treating sequelae of PID,and the method is simple and convenient.
