| 摘 要： | 分析中药对糖尿病血管内皮损伤保护作用的研究,指出中药通过抑制蛋白质非酶糖基化、多元醇通路、己糖胺途径活性、蛋白激酶C(PKC)的激活、内皮细胞氧化应激、炎症反应、血管内皮细胞凋亡对糖尿病血管内皮细胞起保护作用。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the study on the protective effects of herbs to diabetic vascular endothelial injury,herbs could protect diabetic vascular endothelial cells by inhibiting protein nonenzymatic glucosylation,Polyol Pathway,the activity ofhexosamine pathway,protein kinase C(PKC) activation,oxidative stress(OS) of endothelial cells,inflammatory reaction and the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells. |
