摘    要:目的:优选大枣配方颗粒的成型工艺。方法:采用平行试验法,以成型率、含水量、溶化性、吸湿性为指标进行研究。结果:最佳成型工艺为选择辅料比例为浸膏∶蔗糖(1∶4)时产品外观色泽、成型性、吸湿性良好。结论:优选的大枣配方颗粒成型工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the shaping technology for jujube dispensing granules. Methods: Parallel test method was adopted, the shaping ratio, moisture content, dissolubility and hygroscopicity were taken as the indexes and studied. Results: The optimal shaping technology: when the ratios of excipients were chosen as: extract:sugar (1:4), the products showed good appearance, tinct, shaping rate and hygroscopicity. Conclusion: The optimized shaping technology for jujube dispensing granules is stable and practicable.
