健胃清肠汤配合CT引导下经皮穿刺置管引流对术后腹腔脓肿患者的影响

目的:观察健胃清肠汤联合CT引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗术后腹腔脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将122例患者随机分为观察组(61例)和对照组(61例),2组患者均行CT引导下经皮穿刺置管引流术,观察组同时给予健胃清肠汤治疗,观察2组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及并发症发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为100%,对照组为91.80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。体温恢复时间、拔管时间及住院时间、白细胞恢复正常时间,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为3.28%,对照组为18.03%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健胃清肠汤联合CT引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗术后腹腔脓肿临床疗效显著,可促进胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。

The Influences of JianW ei QingChang Tang and Precutaneous Catheter Drainage on Patients with Peritoneal Abscess after Surgery Guided by CT

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of JianWei QingChang Tang and precutaneous catheter drainage (PCD) guided by CT on patients with peritoneal abscess after surgery. Methods:122 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (61 cases) and the control group (61 cases), both groups were given PCD guided by CT, the observation group was given JianWei QingChang Tang at the same time, clinical effects, improvement condition of clinical symptoms, complication onset rate were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%, the control group was 91.80%, there was statistical difference be-tween two groups (P<0.05). Compared the body temperature recovery time, extubation time, hospital stay and leukocyte recovery time between two groups, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Complication onset rate in the observation group was 3.28%, the control group was 18.03%, there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:PCD guided by CT and JianW ei QingChang Tang in treating peritoneal abscess after surgery have good clinical ef-fects, which can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function and lower the complication onset rate.
