冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

目的:观察三伏天穴位贴敷疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:对2011年7~8月门诊进行穴位贴敷疗法的反复呼吸道感染患儿282名进行追踪、随访,观察疗效。结果:2012及2013年临床疗效均优于2011年(P0.05);肺脾气虚型、气阴两虚型及肺胃积热型3型总有效率比较无明显差异(P0.05);治疗前后患儿中医证候量化分级积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后患儿反复呼吸道感染每月平均发作次数减少,发作程度减轻(P0.05);与治疗前比较,所有参与随访的患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数减少(P0.05),并且治疗后呼吸道感染发生中、下呼吸道感染次数减少(P0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷能防治小儿反复呼吸道感染。

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Acupoint Application of Summer Cure for Winter Diseases in Preventing and Treating Infantile Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective: To discuss the effects of acupoint application in preventing and treating infantile recurrent respiratory infection (RRTI) in dog days. Methods: All 282 infantile patients with RRTI of acupoint application were given follow-up from July to August in 2011, and then the effects were observed. Results: The clinical effects in 2012 and 2013 were better than these of 2011 (P<0.05), there were no obvious differences in total effective rate of spleen-lung Qi deficiency type, Qi and Y in deficiency type and heatness in stomach and spleen type (P>0.05);compared the qualified and classified management of TCM scores before and after treatment, there were statistical differences (P<0.05);compared with the before treatment, onset number of infantile with RRTI decreased every month and the degree relieved (P<0.05);infantile patients were given follow-up within one year, their onset number decreased (P<0.05), onset of RRI of lower respiratory decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application of summer cure for winter diseases can prevent and treat infantile RRTI.
