LDR家庭化一站式产房精选中医护理项目实施体会

目的:在LDR家庭化一站式产房中精选中医护理项目以减少重复操作,提高护理品质。方法:采用互动达标法与产妇共同制定计划,预选出适合产妇的中医护理项目,并通过问卷调查在多处方治疗、穴位敷贴、穴位封闭、中药封包、产后康复按摩、气压治疗、中药足浴7个护理项目中评选出精品项目,同时调查护理工作人员及产妇整体满意度。结果:共评选出中药足浴、产后康复按摩、多处方治疗仪治疗3项精品项目,护理工作人员及产妇对该精品项目的整体满意度均较高。结论:操作的舒适性,操作者的理论与技能掌握程度均对操作的整体满意度起着至关重要的作用,通过评选能使中医护理工作更加规范、有序。

The Experience of Implementing Selected TCM Nursing Items in LDR Family Oriented One-stop Delivery Room

Objective:To select TCM nursing items in LDR family oriented one-stop delivery room, therefore to reduce the repeated operations and improve nursing quality. Methods:The plan was established by adopting inter-active standard method and communicating with the puerperants to select TCM nursing items which were suitable for the puerperants, the selected items were chosen from multi-perscriotions therapeutic instruments, acupoint stick-ing, acupoint block, herbal package, postpartum recovery massage, air pressure treatment and herbal foot bath by the questionnaires, complete satisfaction degrees of the puerperants and nursing staffs were investigated. Results:Herbal foot bath, postpartum recovery massage, multi-perscriotions therapeutic instruments were chosen, nursing staffs and the puerperants were satisfied with the selected items. Conclusion: Operation comfort, operator's theory and skill mastery are very important to complete satisfaction degrees of the operation, and the selection could promote the nursing work more standardized and orderly.
