中西医结合治疗哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染42例

目的:观察益肺补脾方联合西药常规治疗支气管哮喘(BA)并发反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的临床疗效。方法:将84例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各42例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服益肺补脾方,2组均连续治疗2个月。比较2组临床症状消失时间、免疫学指标变化情况及不良反应发生率和复发率等。结果:喘息、咳嗽、高烧、湿啰音等临床症状消失时间,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。外周血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白C(Ig C)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)等含量2组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组肾损伤发生率为35.71%(15/42),复发率为28.57%(12/42);观察组肾损伤发生率为9.52%(4/42),复发率为11.90%(5/42)。肾损伤发生率及复发率2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益肺补脾方联合西药常规治疗BA并发RRI可快速缓解临床症状、恢复机体免疫功能,同时降低不良反应发生率及复发率。

Integrative Medicine in Treating 42 Cases of Asthma Complicated with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective: To survey clinical effects of YiFei BuPi recipe combined with routine treatment of western medicine in treating bronchial asthma (BA) complicated with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods: Eighty-four children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases each group, the control group adopted routine treatment of western medicine, and the observation group took YiFei BuPi recipe on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, both groups were treated for two months consecutively. The disappearing time of clinical symptoms, changes of immunity indexes, the incidence of adverse reaction and relapse rate of both groups were compared. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the disappearing time of clinical symptoms including panting, cough, high fever, moist rales and others between both groups (P<0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of the contents of IgA, IgC, IgM and others in peripheral blood between before and after treating (P<0.05), and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons after treating between both groups (P<0.05). The renal injury incidence in the control group was 35.71%(15/42), relapse rate was 28.57%(12/42); while the incidence in the observation group was 9.52%(4/42), and the relapse rate was 11.90%(5/42). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of renal injury incidence and relapse rate between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:YiFei BuPi recipe combined with routine treatment of western medicine could rapidly relieve clinical symptoms, restore immunologic function of human body, and simultaneously decrease adverse reaction incidence and relapse rate in treating BA complicated with RRI.
