手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗桡骨远端骨折39例

目的:观察手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各39例。对照组单纯给予手法复位小夹板固定治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药分期治疗。观察2组治疗后掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨长度、消肿时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分的变化情况。结果:治疗后治愈率治疗组、对照组分别为64.10%、58.97%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率治疗组、对照组分别为100.00%、97.44%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组消肿时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨长度治疗后观察组均小于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。VAS评分2组治疗后均明显降低,治疗后各时点与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后相同时点2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:手法复位小夹板固定联合中药内服治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效显著,可快速缓解疼痛,消除水肿,加速骨折愈合,减轻疼痛,且可较好地纠正掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨长度。

Manual Repositon,Clipboard Fixation with Internal Administration of Chinese Herbs in Treating 39 Cases of Distal Radius Fracture

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of manual repositon, clipboard fixation with internal administration of Chinese herbs in treating distal radius fracture. Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 39 cases. The control group was given manual repositon and clipboard fixation simply, the observation group were given internal administration of Chinese herbs for different periods on the basis of manual repositon and clipboard fixation. The change conditions of palm inclination, ulnar deviation radius length, time for eliminating swelling, fracture recovery time, pain remission time, clinical effects and VAS scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups after treatment. Results:Cure rate in the treatment group and control group were 64.10%and 58.97%seperately after treatment, there was no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 100.00% and 97.44% seperately, there was no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05). Time for eliminating swelling, fracture recovery time, pain remission time in the treatment group were less than the control group, there were statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05). Palm tilt,ulnar inclination, radius length in the treatment group were lower than these of the control group after treatment, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). VAS scores decreased obviously in both groups after treatment, different times after treating were compare with before treating, there were statistical differencs (P<0.05). Compared the same time after treatment between two groups, there was statistical differenc (P<0.05). Conclusion:Manual repositon, clipboard fixation with internal administration of Chinese herbs in treating distal radius fracture have siginificant clinical effects, which can relieve pain quickly, eliminate swelling, promote recovery of fracture, relieve pain, and correct the front palm, ulnar inclination, radius length.
