苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:将咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿116例随机分为试验组65例,对照组51例,试验组给予布地奈德福莫特罗联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,对照组单用布地奈德福莫特罗治疗。分别在治疗3、7、14天后观察疗效。结果:2组治疗3天和7天疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗14天后2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘急性发作期疗效优于单用布地奈德福莫特罗。

Clinical Observation on SuHuang ZhiKe Capsules Combined with Budesonide Formoterol in Treating Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To observe clinical effects of SuHuang ZhiKe capsules in treating children with cough variant asthma (CVA).Methods:All 116 children were randomly divided into 65 cases of the experiment group and 51 cases of the control group.The patients in the experiment group were treated with budesonide formoterol and SuHuang ZhiKe capsules,and the control group with budesonide formoterol only.Clinical effects were observed in three days,seven days and 14 days after treating respectively.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of clinical effects in three and seven days after the treating between both groups (P＜0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of total effective rates between both groups in 14 days after treating (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Therapeutic effects of SuHuang ZhiKe capsules combined with budesonide formoterol in treating children with CVA at acute exacerbation are superior to the effects of only budesonide formoterol.
