变更交谈方式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

目的:探讨变更交谈方式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用并分析其临床价值。方法:选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组谈话基础上,变更交谈方式,并行阶段性评估,比较2组患者干预后生存质量及生活能力变化情况,干预前后2组临床症状自觉评分变化情况以及2组干预后肺功能变化情况。结果:干预后观察组生存质量及生活能力评分均显著优于对照组(P0.05),干预后观察组临床症状自觉评分显著优于对照组(P0.05),干预后观察组患者第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)大于对照组(P0.05),FEV1/FVC水平大于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,行变更交谈方式健康教育,能有效提高患者生存质量及生活能力,改善临床症状及肺功能。

Application of Changing Conversation Ways to the Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To explore the application of changing conversation ways to the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and analyze its clinical values. Methods: Eighty patients were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each group, the control group were given routine health education, and the observation group changing conversation ways, and evaluated by stages, survival quality, daily living ability and pulmonary functions after the intervention, clinical symptoms self rating of both groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention the observation group was superior to the control group in the scales of survival quality and daily living ability (P<0.05), after the intervention the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical symptoms self rating notably (P<0.05), FEV1 higher than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05), FEV1/FVC larger than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing health education of changing conversation ways for COPD patients could effectively raise survival quality and daily living ability of the patients, improve clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
