头针体针并用治疗围绝经期失眠症81例

目的:观察头针体针并用治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将162例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各81例,观察组采用头针体针针刺治疗,对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)等指标的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为91.36%,对照组为76.54%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。FSH、LH、E_2及PSQI等指标治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:头针和体针并用治疗围绝经期失眠症临床疗效显著。

Scalp and Body Acupuncture in Treating 81 Cases of Perimenopausal Insomnia

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of scalp and body acupuncture in treating 81 cases of perimenopausal insomnia. Methods:162 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 81 cases. The observation group was given scalp and body acupuncture, the control group given estazolam tablets, both groups were treated for three menstural cycles. Clinical effects, the change conditions of E2, FSH, LH, PSQI were observed in both groups before and after treatment . Results: The total effective rate in the observationg group was 91.36%, the control group was 76.54%, there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Compared FSH, LH, E2 and PSQI before and after treatment within two groups, there were statistical differences (P<0.05);compared between two groups, there were also statistical differences after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Scalp and body acupuncture in treating perimenopausal insomnia have significant clinical effects.
