中西医结合疗法预防抗结核药所致肝损伤疗效观察

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合复方益肝灵胶囊对预防肺结核患者抗结核药物所致药物性肝损伤(DILI)的疗效。方法:将212例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各106例,2组均给予抗结核治疗,在抗结核治疗期间均口服复方甘草酸苷片,2片/次,3次/d,观察组同时服用复方益肝灵胶囊,上述药物服用至停服抗结核药物为止。比较2组肝功能及HBVM阳性率和GSTM1基因缺失突变情况。结果:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、A/G值等指标治疗后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。HBVM阳性率及、GSTM1基因缺失突变发生率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合复方益肝灵胶囊能有效保护抗结核治疗肺结核患者的肝功能。

Observation on Clinical Effects of Integrative Medicine Therapy in the Prevention of Liver Injury Induced by Antituberculosis Drugs

Objective: To observe clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with compound YiGanLing capsules in the prevention of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) which was induced by antituberculosis drugs. Methods: All 212 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 106 cases each group, both groups accepted antituberculosis treatment, and they took compound glycyrrhizin tablets orally during the period of antituberculosis treatment, two tablets each time, three times per day, the observation group took compound YiGanLing capsules simultaneously, till the time of stopping taking compound glycyrrhizin tablets. Liver function, HBVM positive rate and GSTM1 gene deletion mutation conditions of both groups were compared. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of ALT, AST, CGT, ALP, A/G values and others between both groups after treating (P <0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of HBVM positive rate and GSTM1 gene deletion mutation between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with compound YiGanLing capsules can effectively protect liver function of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during antituberculosis treatment.
