| 摘 要： | 母婴垂直传播是儿童感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的主要途径。通过HIV检测与医学咨询、围生期保健、抗逆转录病毒药物治疗、择期剖宫产、人工喂养、提供关怀和支持等综合干预措施,能有效降低母婴垂直传播率。

| Abstract: | Most of infant HIV infections resulted from mother-to-infant transmission.The opportunities for infant HIV infection can be greatly reduced through HIV detection and counseling during pregnancy,perinatal care,antiretroviral treatment,selective uterine-incision delivery,artificial feeding,comprehensive care and support,etc. |
