| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜癌采用手术病理分期,然而是否对所有子宫内膜癌患者都行全面分期手术(全子宫切除术+双附件切除术+双侧盆腔淋巴结及腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除)争议广泛,尤其是对于早期子宫内膜癌患者淋巴结切除的价值值得探讨。文章回顾子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除的最新研究进展,进一步讨论淋巴结切除的意义及指征。
