| Abstract: | The dual-wavelength TLCS was used for the determination of the concentration of adenosine in Compound Congcao ZHIke granules. The mean recovery of 99. 42% was achieved with RSD of 1. 23%. The result of assay with the method developed was proved to be well reappeared,accurate and reliable. |
