摘    要:目的 了解常见病原菌分布及其耐药现状,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物.方法 药敏试验采用纸片扩散法(K-B法),依照美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)制定的各年度版本标准判定结果.结果 2007-2010年分离出病原菌1524株,革兰阴性菌776株,占50.9%,革兰阳性菌512株,占33.6%,真菌236株,占15.5%;肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南敏感率分别为100.0%、99.4%和89.8%;MRCNS及MRSA 的检出率分别为69.1%、56.6%;未检出耐万古霉素和替考拉宁的葡萄球菌属和肠球菌属.结论 加强细菌耐药性监测,规范抗菌药物的使用,减少医院感染的发生与流行.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens,guide the rational clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS K-B method was used for drug susceptibility test,and results were interpreted according to the standards developed by Clinical and Laboratory Standard Institute(CLSI) of the USA.RESULTS 1524 strains of pathogens were isolated between 2007 and 2010,including 776 strains of Gram-negative bacteria(50.9%),512 strains of Gram-positive bacteria(33.6%) and 236 strains of fungi(15.5%).The susceptibility rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem were 100.0%,99.4% and 89.8% respectively.Detection rates of MRCNS and MRSA were 69.1% and 56.6% respectively.Vancomycin-resistant and Teicoplanin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus were not detected.CONCLUSION The monitoring of bacterial drug resistance should be strengthened,and the use of antimicrobial agents should be regulated to reduce occurrence and prevalence of nosocomial infection.
