ICU鲍氏不动杆菌感染率及耐药性分析

目的 了解医院重症监护病房(ICU)鲍氏不动杆菌的感染状况及耐药性,为临床防治该菌所致感染提供依据.方法 对医院ICU2009年1月-2010年12月送检标本分离的196株鲍氏不动杆菌进行系统性回顾性分析.结果 该院ICU鲍氏不动杆菌主要来源于呼吸道,占55.1％；该菌的耐药情况较为严重,对所有检测的抗菌药物都表现了极高的耐药率,对亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率也很高,分别达60.7％和63.8％,表现出十分严重的耐药性.结论 ICU中鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性日趋严重,开展细菌耐药监测,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物预防医院感染的发生有重要的意义.

Incidence of Acinetobacter baumannii infections in ICU and study of drug resistance

OBJECTIVE To explore the status of Acinetobacter baumannii(ABA) infection in ICU and the drug resistance,so as to provide basis for clinical prevention of ABA infection.METHODS A total of 196 strains of ABA isolated from clinical specimens submitted from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 were systematically and retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS ABA in the ICU were mostly isolated from respiratory tract,accounting for 55.1%.The drug resistance of the pathogen was serious as the drug resistance rates to all the tested antibiotics were excessively high.The resistance rates to imipenem and meropenem reached 60.7% and 63.8% respectively,which indicating extremely serious resistance.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of ABA in ICU is increasingly serious.It will be of great significance for reasonable use of antibiotics and prevention of nosocomial infections to carry out the surveillance for bacterial resistance.
