108例精神科住院患者肺部感染临床分析

目的 探讨分析精神科医院肺部感染的多项特点.方法 选取2006年1月-2011年7月108例精神科医院肺部感染患者为研究对象,将其致病原因、首发症状体征、发病季节、疾病种类及年龄、病程与疾病的相关性、治疗情况进行统计及分析.结果 108例精神科医院肺部感染患者,主要包括支气管肺炎40例,间质性肺炎26例,吸人性肺炎22例,肺脓肿11例,其主要致病原因为抗精神病药物的应用及卧床等,首发症状前3位为活动减少、食欲降低及腹胀,发病季节以冬季和春季最高,老年患者病程多＞3年,以慢性感染为主；年轻患者病程多＜3年,以急性感染为主；经治疗所有患者均痊愈,治疗时间(6.3±1.4)d.结论 引起精神科医院肺部感染的因素有其特殊性,应引起重视,对其发病原因及特点的了解,可为其治疗和预防提供依据.

Clinical analysis on nosocomial pulmonary infections of 108 cases in department of psychiatry

OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the characteristics of nosocomial pulmonary infections of patients in department of psychiatry.METHODS A total of 108 patients with nosocomial pulmonary infections in department of psychiatry from Jan 2006 to Jul 2011 were selected as research objects.Causes,first symptom and signs,onset season,types of diseases,age,courses of diseases,treatment outcomes were analyzed.RESULTS The nosocomial pulmonary infections of 108 cases in department of department of psychiatry mainly included bronchopneumonia in 40 cases,interstitial pneumonia in 26 cases,aspiration pneumonia in 22 cases,lung abscess in 11 cases.The main causes were application of antipsychotic drugs and bed rest.Three main initial symptoms were less activity,poor appetite and abdominal distension.Winter and spring were the mainly onset seasons.Infection course of elderly patients were mostly longer than three years,and chronic infection predominated,while the infection course of young patients were mostly shorter than three years,and the acute infection predominated.All patients were cured,and the cure time were(6.3±1.4)d.CONCLUSION The factors causing nosocomial pulmonary infections of patients in department of psychiatry were special and should be attended.Investigation on the cause and characteristics of diseases can provide evidence for the treatment and prevention of diseases.
