摘    要:目的 探讨间断法、持续法人工气道湿化方法,对气管切开患者湿化效果,以及肺部感染发生率的影响.方法 选择医院2008年5月-2011年5月医院重症监护病房收治的肺心病合并呼吸衰竭、重型颅脑损伤、心肺复苏术、手术全麻尚未清醒等,采取气管切开的患者共84例,按照患者家属自愿原则,将持续微量注射泵气道滴药湿化组设为试验组,间断性滴药湿化组设为对照组,每组42例,通过湿化效果、气道黏膜出血、肺部感染等指标进行比较.结果 试验组与对照组的湿化效果满意率分别为88.1%、57.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组肺部感染及气道黏膜出血的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 持续微量注射泵气道 滴药湿化法,在气管切开患者气道湿化中的效果,明显优于间断性滴药湿化法.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the humidification effect on tracheotomy patients with intermittent method and continuous artificial airway humidification method and the impact on the incidence of pulmonary infections.METHODS From May 2008 to May 2011,totally 84 patients undergoing tracheotomy,complicated by respiratory failure,severe brain injury,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,general anesthesia without a clear consciousness,were chosen as the research objects;the patients were divided into continuous micro-injection pump dropping airway humidification group(experimental group) and intermittent humidification dropping group(control group),with 42 cases in each group,according to the voluntary principle of the patient′s family The indexes including humidification effect,airway mucosal membrane bleeding,and pulmonary infections were compared.RESULTS The satisfactory rates of the humidification effect of the experimental group and the control group were 88.1% and 57.1%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the differences in the incidence rates of the pulmonary infections and the airway mucosal between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The effect on the humidification for the tracheotomy patients of continuous airway dropping syringe pump method is significantly better than that of intermittent dropping humidification methods.
