氯氰碘柳胺对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性研究

目的探讨氯氰碘柳胺对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)的体外抗菌活性,为进一步探讨其在临床应用的可能性提供依据。方法临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌102株,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)46株,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)56株,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定氯氰碘柳胺,对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果氯氰碘柳胺对MRSA或MSSA的MIC值范围均为0.5～2.0 mg/ml,MIC50均为1.0 mg/ml,MIC90均为2.0 mg/ml。结论氯氰碘柳胺对MRSA或MSSA体外均有较好的抗菌活性,两者间的MIC50与MIC90差异均无统计学意义。

Study on in vitro antimicrobial activity of closantel to Staphylococcus aureus

OBJECTIVE To explore the in vitro antimicrobial activity of closantel to Staphylococcus aureus in vitro,in order to provide basis for further study of its clinical application.METHODS A total of 102 strains of S.aureus were isolated,including 46 strains of methicillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) and 56 strains of methicillin-susceptible S.aureus(MSSA);the in vitro minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) value of closantel to S.aureus was measured by the micro-broth dilution method.RESULTS The range of the MIC of closantel to MRSA and MSSA were from 0.5 to 2.0 mg/ml,and MIC50 were 1.0 mg/ml,MIC90 were 2.0 mg/ml,respectively.CONCLUSION The closantel has good antibacterial activity to MRSA and MSSA in vitro,the differences in MIC50 and MIC90 of MRSA and MSSA are statistically significant.
