4263例妇科术后医院感染的调查与分析

目的分析妇科术后感染危险因素,为控制和预防医院妇科术后感染提供科学依据。方法 2003年6月-2011年6月对妇科手术4263例进行回顾性分析,总结感染危险因素。结果妇科术后感染患者危险因素是年龄、患慢性病、手术部位,手术、住院、留置导尿管时间过长,手术种类等。结论妇科术后感染是多因素所致,所以要根据危险因素,尽可能控制和预防感染的出现,要严格执行安全、卫生规范,重视各环节的质量控制,可降低妇科患者医院感染率。

Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infections in 4263 patients after gynecological surgery

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors for nosocomial infections after gynecological surgery so as to provide bases for the control and prevention of postoperative infections due to gynecological surgery.METHODS The medical records of 4263 patients who underwent gynecological surgery from Jun 2003 to Jun 2011 were retrospectively analyzed,the risk factors for nosocomial infections were summarized.RESULTS The risk factors for postoperative infections in the patients undergoing gynecological surgery included the age,chronic disease,surgical site,operation duration,hospital stay,indwelling catheter,and the type of surgery and so on.CONCLUSION Postoperative infections in the patients undergoing gynecological surgery are caused by multiple factors,so it is necessary to control and prevent the infections as far as possible in accordance with the risk factors;strictly enforcing the safety and hygiene norms and focusing on the quality control of various links can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in gynecological patients.
