摘    要:目的 探讨五常法在手术间管理中的效果.方法 应用五常法:常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范和常自律的原理,对手术间进行规范化管理,制定明确的要求和具体措施,对护理人员进行培训和指导,并督促检查.结果 运用五常法管理后,手术间的仪器设备固定率、完好率、物品数目正确率明显提高,接台备物时间、进出手术间次数相应减少,各项卫生学检测指标均达标,医师满意度也由实施前的88.0%提高至95.0%.结论 实施五常法管理,能提高护士的管理意识,提高手术安全系数和工作效率,改善手术室空气质量,降低医院感染的危险因素.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of five-routine working regulation on operating room management.METHODS According to the principle of five-routine working regulation(routine organization,routine regulation,routine cleaning,routine specification and routine self-discipline),standard management was executed for operating room,definite requirements and specific measures were formulated,training and guidance for the nursing staff were performed under supervision.RESULTS After using the five-routine working regulation for management,the fixation rate,good function rate and accuracy rate of item number significantly increased.The duration of preparation between two operations and the frequency of coming in and out of the operating room decreased accordingly.Each hygiene inspection indicator complied with the standard,and the satisfaction of the surgeons increased from 88.0% to 95.0%.CONCLUSION The five-routine working regulation for the management of operating room can improve the nurses′ awareness of management,operation safety,work efficiency and air quality in operating room,and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
