基层医院感染工作高效管理模式的探讨

目的 探讨基层医院感染工作的高效管理模式.方法 系统性地总结当前医院感染工作中存在的主要问题,并深入分析了影响医院感染工作管理效率不高的各种原因.结果 医院感染管理工作尚不规范,在组织管理制度、职工的医院感染防范意识、操作规程、洗手依从性、空气和环境监测、重点科室区域划分、医疗废弃物处理等方面存在一些不足.结论 采取综合性管理措施、建立健全各项规章制度、系统的培训教育、设施的配备以及相关制度的完善均是规范医院感染管理工作的有效方法.

Highly efficient management pattern of nosocomial infections in grass-roots hospitals

OBJECTIVE To discuss highly effective management pattern of nosocomial infections in grass-roots hospital.METHODS The major problems in current management of nosocomial infections was systematically summarized,and various reasons that affected the efficiency of nosocomial infection management were deeply analyzed.RESULTS The management of nosocomial infections has not been standardized,and there were several deficiencies existed including the organization and management system,awareness of prevention of nosocomial infections,operation rules,hand-washing compliance,surveillance for air and environment,regional division of the key departments,and disposal of medical wastes.CONCLUSION To take comprehensive management measures,establish and improve various rules and regulations,systematically carry out training and education,standardize the equip facilities and related systems are effective measures to improve the management of nosocomial infections.
