哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染的临床分析

目的 评价哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年髋部骨折患者肺部感染的疗效.方法 84例老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染的患者,随机分为哌拉西林/他唑巴坦4∶1治疗组和哌拉西林/舒巴坦对照组,观察两种药物治疗的临床疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗组与对照组有效率、细菌清除率分别为95.2％、90.3％及71.4％、62.5％,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 哌拉西林/他唑巴坦4∶1对老年髋部骨折患者肺部感染具有良好疗效,不良反应发生率低,是一种高效、安全的广谱抗菌药物.

Clinical evaluation of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in treatment of pulmonary infections in senile patients with hip fracture

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in treatment of pulmonary infections in senile patients with hip fracture.METHODS A randomized comparative study was made to compare the efficacy and safety of piperacillin sodium and gazobactam sodium versus piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of 84 cases of pulmonary infections in senile patients with hip fracture.RESULTS The effective rate and bacteriological eradication rate of the treatment group were 95.2% and 90.3%.The effective rate and bacteriological eradication rate of the control group were 71.4% and 62.5%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium is a highly effective,safe and broad-spectrum agents in treatment of pulmonary infections in senile patients with hip Fracture.
