摘    要:目的 探讨耳鼻喉动力系统切吸管腔有效的清洗方法,以保证其清洗质量.方法 对270台手术后耳鼻喉动力系统切吸管腔,按随机原则,分为A、B、C组,每组各90件,采用3种清洗方法,分别为A组:传统手工清洗法,B组:超声波清洗法,C组:人工刷洗+超声波清洗法,比较各组目测、五倍放大镜、特殊棉签、潜血试验、菌落数检测、等离子灭菌.结果 C组清洗合格率显著高于A、B组,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 手术后的耳鼻喉动力系统切吸管腔,采用人工刷洗+超声波清洗法,能有效清除切吸管腔壁的有机残留物,达到较好的清洗效果,具有安全性,可操作性强.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of three different cleaning methods applied for the powered ENT system so as to ensure the cleaning quality.METHODS The powered ENT system from 270 ENT surgeries were divided into 3 groups randomly with 90 pieces in each,and 3 cleaning methods including manual cleaning(A group),ultrasonic cleaning(B group),and manual plus ultrasonic cleaning(C group) were adopted.The visual med,5×magnifying glass,cotton swabs,occult blood tests,bacterial counts,and plasma sterilization of three groups were recorded and compared.RESULTS The qualified rate of the cleaning method in group C was significantly higher than those in group A and B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual plus ultrasonic cleaning method can effectively remove the organic residue on the powered ENT system used in ENT surgery and achieve a good cleaning effect.
