摘    要:目的 比较气管内套管在消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒和临床科室自行清洗消毒的效果.方法 以消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒的气管内套管为观察组,临床科室自行清洗消毒的气管内套管为对照组,比较两组目测、棉签检测法、菌落数检测的合格率.结果 观察组目测、棉签检测及菌落数检测合格率分别为97.50%、95.00%、96.67%,显著高于对照组的88.75%、81.25%、76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 气管内套管在消毒供应中心集中处理,能提高清洗消毒效果,有效减少气管切开患者医院感染的机会.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the endotracheal tube cleaning effects of centralized disposal in central sterile supply department and self-cleaning and disinfection in clinical departments.METHODS Endotracheal tubes in central sterile supply department for centralized treatment were set as observation group,and endotracheal tubes in clinical departments for self-cleaning and disinfection were set as control group;the qualified rates were determined by visual method,cotton swabs test,and colony counting.RESULTS The qualified rates determined by visual method,cotton swabs test,and colony counting were 97.50%,95.00%,and 96.67% in observation group,which were significantly higher than 88.75%,81.25%,and 76.67% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Centralized disposal of endotracheal tubes in central sterile supply department can improve the cleaning and disinfection efficacy and effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients who under go tracheotomy.
