气管插管全麻术后患者下呼吸道感染情况分析

目的 探讨气管插管全麻术后患者下呼吸道感染的病原菌分布,分析术后下呼吸道感染与手术种类和患者年龄的关系,为预防和治疗下呼吸遭感染提供参考.方法 选取2007年8月—2011年8月医院行气管插管全麻术术后发生下呼吸道感染的患者107例,采用回顾性分析的方法对患者的临床资料进行统计.结果 在所有下呼吸道感染的患者中,所感染的病原菌多为革兰阴性菌,占86.92％；神经系统患者所占比例最高,达43.93％；患者年龄＞60岁发生下呼吸道感染的概率最大,为44.85％.结论 气管插管全麻术后患者下呼吸道感染的发生与患者的年龄和手术种类密切相关,对感染概率较高的患者应采取有效措施进行预防.

Lower respiratory tract infections in patients undergoing general anesthesia with tracheal intubation

OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution of pathogenic bacteria causing lower respiratory tract infections in patients going through general anesthesia with tracheal inbubation,and analyze the correlations between lower respiratory tract infections and operation type and the age,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of lower respiratory tract infections.METHODS From Aug.2007 to Aug.2011,a total of 107 patients with lower preparatory tract infections after general anesthesia with tracheal inbubation were selected.By the means of retrospective survey,statistical analysis of the clinical data of the patients was performed.RESULTS Among all cases of lower respiratory tract infections,gram-negative bacteria were the predominant pathogens causing nosocomial infections,accounting for 86.92% and nervous system infections occupied the largest proportion,reaching 43.93%.The incidence of lower respiratory tract infections was 43.93% in patients aged 60 years or older.CONCLUSION The lower respiratory tract infections in patients after general anesthesia with tracheal intubation are closely related to age and operation type.For the patients with high incidence of infections,it is necessary to take effective prevention measures.
